Green Pea Soup



Ingredients

Butter for cooking
2  tablespoons
Green Peas
1/2  Kg.
Vegetable stock/water
2  Cup
Onions chopped
3  pcs
Mixed Dried Herbs
1/4  teaspoons
Stalk Celery chopped
1  tablespoons
Salt and pepper
  As per taste
Cream
3  tablespoons
Mint chopped
1  teaspoons
 
 

Method

Method of Preparation 1. In a sauce pan add butter and heat. 2. Add chopped onions, celery and saute. Add fresh green peas and saute. 3. Now pour in the vegetable stock and add the mint, bring to a boil and cook until the peas a tender. 4. Blend the peas mixture and strain back into a saucepan. 5. Add the seasoning and bring to a boil. 6. Stir in the fresh cream and remove. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
