ingredients
- Boneless chicken shredded – ½ kilo
2 cups water
2 carrots – diced
2 asparagus or zucchini which ever is available – sliced
1 clove garlic – minced
½ tsp chicken stock (this can be made out of Maggi cubes or from boiling chicken with onion and pepper)
1 egg
¼ glass milk
preparation method
Cook chicken separately and set aside. Shred the chicken pieces.Add carrots, zucchini or asparagus, garlic and simmer for 5-8 mins
To this add an egg, beating it in simultaneously
Add milk and bring to a boil. Add chicken stock. Allow it to boil for another 5 mins and serve hot.
