Moong Soup with Paneer



ingredients

    Moong(soak for few hrs) :- ¾ cup
    Paneer(chopped) :- 2 tbsp
    Cumin seeds :- 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds :- 1 tbsp
    Asafoetida :- ¼ tsp
    Lemon juice :- 1 tsp
    Sugar :- 2 pinches
    Pepper powder :- ¼ tsp
    Ghee :- 2 tbsp
    Salt :- to taste

preparation method

Pour six cups of water in soaked moong dal and pressure cook it.
Then grind the moong dal in a processor and strain.
In a pan, heat ghee and put mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Fry for a few seconds.
Put the moong liquid and asafetida into it. Mix well.
Mix sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice into it. Allow this mixture to boil for two minutes.
Put the chopped paneerand stir well. Cook for two minutes.
