ingredients
- 3½ tbsp Celery
½ cup chopped tomato
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped garlic
1½ cup vegetable stock
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
2 tsp Pimpli (peepramul) powder
1tsp - oil
preparation method
Pressure cook celery and tomato together and puree it.Stir fry the garlic in one tsbps oil for 5
Boil the puree, vegetable stock and add it to the garlic.
Finally add salt, pepper and pimpli and boil for another minute. Serve hot.
